Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpenReach services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

OpenReach provides the following services:

• Google Maps business profile setup and optimization
• WhatsApp Business account configuration and setup
• Review management consultation
• Automated messaging setup
• Local SEO optimization
• Ongoing support and consultation

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain access to your Google and WhatsApp accounts
• Comply with Google Maps and WhatsApp Business terms of service
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before service commencement. Services may be suspended if payment is not received as agreed. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. However, OpenReach retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies developed during service provision.

Service Limitations

We cannot guarantee:

• Specific search rankings or visibility positions
• A certain number of customer inquiries or conversions
• Approval of your business by Google or WhatsApp platforms
• Immunity from negative reviews or customer complaints
• Uninterrupted service from third-party platforms

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice via WhatsApp. Upon termination, you will retain access to all profiles and content created, but ongoing support will cease. Any outstanding payments remain due.

Limitation of Liability

OpenReach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Meknes, Morocco.
